1) Order Processing Time
We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
During major promotions, stock shortages, or force majeure events, processing may take longer. If this happens, we will notify you by email.
2) Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and other regions.
If shipping is not available to your address, you will see a notice at checkout.

5) Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates typically appear within 24–72 hours after shipment.
6) Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are typically the responsibility of the recipient.
If a package is returned or abandoned due to unpaid duties/taxes, we may be unable to refund any incurred shipping or handling fees (as applicable).
7) Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If delivery fails, is delayed, or is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any resulting costs may be the buyer’s responsibility.
If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order (address changes are usually not possible once the order has shipped).
8) Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, or if tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us within:
